From Maine to Texas to Illinois, there are trucker appreciation events taking place all across the country. Truck stops are showing their appreciation for truck drivers and all they do to move America forward. Although they deserve to be appreciated all year long, this month is an opportunity for truckers to feel extra appreciation! To make it easy, we’ve compiled a list of some of this year’s can’t-miss events!

1. September 1-30, Denny’s - Travel Center locations

Denny’s Driver Appreciation Month is taking place throughout the entire month of September. Their travel center locations are offering month-long discount and prizes. See the full article by Truckers News for all the details.

2. September 9-15, Dysart’s Service –Maine

Dysart’s is celebrating Trucker Appreciation all week long by giving out free SWAG at their Maine truck stop.

3. September 12, Pilot Travel Center – Illinois

Decatur, Illinois’ Pilot Travel Center is teaming up with B&B Amusement from 11-1pm for some fun. They will be showing their appreciation to truck drivers by giving out food and prizes.

4. September 12, Tilcon – New York

Tilcon will be holding a trucker appreciation barbecue at their Mount Hope location. This is the second of their appreciatory barbecues, the first took place August 29^th. If you missed that, make sure to make it out to this one.

5. September 12, Lawn Service Plaza – Pennsylvania

The RoadPro team will be out and about at the Lawn Service Plaza from 9-12 giving out free T-shirts, gift cards and more to show our trucker appreciation. We hope to see you there!

6. September 12, Petro – Illinois

Petro’s Rochelle location will be hosting their annual Driver Appreciation Event for their CDL customers. From noon-7pm, they will have free food, games, prizes, music and more! Make sure to join them in the NW truck parking lot.

7. September 14-15, Martin’s Trailside Express – Pennsylvania

Martin’s Trailside Express will be celebrating their 20^th anniversary by celebrating truck drivers and showing their appreciation! Stop by during September 14 or 15 for some free giveaways.

8. September 16-22, Road Ranger – Texas

Road Ranger is celebrating Trucker Appreciation starting on September 16 at their Texas locations! Stop by for some free SWAG and other goodies.

9. September 22, Jane Lew Truck Stop – West Virginia

Jane Lew Truck Stop, located off Exit 105 of I-79, will be celebrating trucker appreciation on September 22. Stop in anytime that day to see what their giving away.

10. October 1-5, Richard Wolfe Trucking, Inc. – Ohio

According to their Facebook page, they will be hosting a lunch for any and all CDL drivers! There will be different food choices each day of the week, along with a contest to win a new Uniden Beartracker 885 CB Radio. From 11am-2pm, they are giving out free shirts and lunch all week long - sounds like an event you won’t want to miss.

Pilot Flying J is celebrating driver appreciation month through all of September. By downloading their myPilot app, drivers will be able to get a new free item every day of the month – a total of $300 worth of savings.

For those drivers with a My Love Rewards card, you could win $100 in My Love Rewards points every day in September. Just stop into a Love’s location and swipe your card. Each swipe is a new chance to win!
