Seasoned Chicken and Asparagus
Recipe by an OTR Truck Driver
Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (individually packaged at 6.25oz each)
- Fresh asparagus spears (about half of a pre-cut 10oz bag)
- Butter (about 1 tablespoon)
- Olive oil
- Seasoning blend of your choice (garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, etc.)
Directions
- Prepare chicken in the RoadPro frying pan and season with preferred blend.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the asparagus. Melt the butter over medium heat and add the asparagus to sauté for about 5-7 minutes.
- Once the chicken is cooked through, remove it from the heat.
- Enjoy the seasoned chicken and asparagus in the comfort of your cab!
Pasta with Sausage

Ingredients
- Fully cooked pasta
- Sweet Italian sausage
- Tomato basil garlic sauce
- Cooking spray
- Water
Directions
- Plug the RoadPro Portable Stove into a 12-volt outlet.
- Pour a small amount of water into the bottom, enough to cover it.
- Place a tin tray inside the stove and spray it with cooking spray.
- Arrange half of the sausages at the bottom of the pan.
- Cook the sausages until they are fully done.
- Meanwhile, heat up the pasta separately using a microwave or another cooking appliance.
- Once the sausages are cooked, pour your desired amount of tomato sauce into the pan.
- Stir the ingredients together and cook until the sauce is warm, and the flavors are well combined.
Best Road Grilled Cheese Ever

Ingredients
- Slices of brioche bread
- Slices of American deluxe cheese
- Slices of provolone cheese
- Genoa salami slices
- Grass-fed butter
- Mayonnaise
- Sliced tomato
Directions
- Turn on the RoadPro Roaster or RoadPro Frying Pan. Completely coat one side of each slice of brioche bread with mayonnaise.
- Melt butter in your RoadPro Roaster or RoadPro Frying Pan.
- Place the bread inside the roaster or pan, mayo side down. Then, pile cheese and salami on the top of each slice of bread. Clamp down the lid on the roaster, or just place the lid on.
- Cook until the mayonnaise side of the bread is crispy (cheese will be gooey!)
- Make your sandwich, add tomato and any other toppings.
6 Egg Eat-it-all-day Italian Garbage Omelet

Ingredients
- 6 eggs, scrambled and seasoned
- Small can of olives
- 8oz can mushrooms (stems pieces)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup (about 6 florets) cauliflower, broken up into small pieces
- 1 celery stalk, sliced
- 4oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 6oz thin sandwich sliced pepperoni, cut into small pieces
Directions
- Line your RoadPro Portable Stove with nonstick foil.
- Scramble the eggs in a large bowl. Add all the veggies, pepperoni, and half of the cheese. Mix it all together. Pour it into the stove/oven. Top with the leftover cheese.
- Latch the lid and plug it in. Let it cook until it sets.
- Unplug the stove and let it cool for a few minutes as it will start to pull away from the sides as it cools.
- Cut out what you want to eat and refrigerate it in containers to eat later. Warm up in your stove for leftovers.
- Substitute different fillers as you desire. Examples: carrots, beans, broccoli, sausage, bacon, grilled chicken, etc.
