Truck Driver Appreciation Week is here (Sept. 13 – Sept. 19), and lots of companies and organizations are celebrating with specials and events just for truckers.

Sapp Bros. is celebrating their 55^th anniversary this year and are having many promotions throughout the year to celebrate, some of which will overlap with Driver Appreciation Week.

• Cookouts: They are hosting cookouts at all locations in September. It’s free, but they are accepting donations to Truckers Against Trafficking.
• Truckers Mattress Giveaway: They’re giving away one at every location. Drivers can enter in the app through September to win.
• Prizes: Rewards members can enter to win a bunch of prizes, from a $10k vacation, free pizza for a year, PlayStation 5, to other items and more. Every time you use their rewards card = 1 entry and you can get 5 bonus entries when you enter in the app daily.

Carter Express celebrates their drivers with cookouts at their terminals, snacks and giveaways, and their choice of a gift item (branded apparel, electronics, household items, etc.)

Pilot – Multiple locations
Pilot is holding their annual Road Warrior contest to honor drivers who “demonstrate outstanding professionalism, safety and service”. The winner will receive a customized Kenworth truck transformed by the Diesel Brothers and a $50,000 cash prize. Drivers can be nominated until Sept. 18, with the winner being announced in October.

Kwik Trip – Multiple locations
Kwik Trip is giving away 1.5 million Fleet Points. The winner will be contacted in October. Those with a registered Kwik Rewards Fleet card can also redeem in-store freebies throughout the week (Sept. 13-19).

RaceTrac – Multiple locations
RaceTrac is offering weekly deals, including free pizza, fountain drinks, double fuel points, and more for RaceTrac Rewards members throughout September.

Saddle Creek Logistics, also in central Pennsylvania, celebrates their roughly 550 professional drivers during National Truck Driver Appreciation Week with various events and recognition for their safety, dedication, and service excellence.

RoadPro Family of Brands will also be celebrating Trucker Appreciation Week with multiple events, including handing out bags full of items for drivers at travel centers in Central PA.
